This hotel was listed as a five star hotel, but it was disappointing. The room was large and looked nice at first glance, but there was no air conditioning, no thermostat, so we could not control the temperature. We were on a busy street, so if we opened the windows it was noisy. We were on the first floor, on a courtyard which had music playing during the day so we could not nap. Wifi did not work in the room, so we had to sit in the lobby to use the internet or make a call. Towels were very small and thin. Breakfast was good and generous. Staff were not helpful- they could not confirm that a future reservation was cancelled or not- we had to email the office when it opened. We could not get a breakfast to go on the morning we left- as we ordered too late, but our friends got it. It was not horrible, but it was not five star.

My husband, my mom, and I stayed here for 2 nights upon arriving in Bogotá. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. We needed to borrow a wheelchair for my mom, and they were able to accommodate the request, and always there to lend a hand. The breakfast buffet was included with our rooms, and the food was very good. They offered eggs, a local meat, fruits, cereals, and breads. The dining area itself made me feel like I was in a bright café in a European city. I loved the location as it is in walking distance to so many sights. I felt safe and welcome my entire stay.

Close to historic buildings, museums and other attractions. Food is good but if you decide not to dine-in, it is also within walking distance of really nice restaurants and cafes. Staff is very friendly, always willing to help and well informed about the surroundings. Highly reccommended

Glad we stayed in for one night. Walking distance to key landmarks in the neighborhood, including the Gold Museum. We rested well, and was able to get food throughout our stay. Hotel staff were accomodating to our needs. Clean and friendly
